Roles and responsibilities


•Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets for TANK FleetSales


• Deliver the highest levels ofcustomer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeatsales


• Adhere to company procedures,particularly around cash and credit handling, to ensure safety ofcash and minimum bad debts


• Constantlyimprove and update knowledge of product range, features andbenefits


• Maintain awareness ofautomotive industry, paying particular attention to new features,technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, sellingtechniques and customer handlingskills


• Be able to handle bulk purchasedeals, contracts, rent a car & SME deal, government& semi-government tenders and bankingsolutions.


• Follow up with prospectivebuyers, including telephone enquiries, showroom walk-ins and fieldvisits to existing and new businessclients


• Ability to problem-solve andultimately deliver sales results within settimeframes

The idealcandidate will have the followingexperience:


• University or higherDiploma is the minimum acceptable educationlevel


• Demonstrable experience withinAutomotive Industry. Knowledge for Light Commercial Vehicles saleswill be an advantage. Candidate with experience of –Chinese brands

VW, Skoda, Renault, Citroen, Fiatpreferred.


• Excellent communication andsales ability


• Proactive, hardworking,motivated approach


• Fluency in Englishcommunication. Fluency in Arabic will be an addedadvantage.


• Candidate must possess UAEdriving License


• Good team player,experienced in a professional, high pressure, workingenvironment


• An understanding of ITsystems would be advantageous, and experience with MS Office isessential

  • Persuasionand Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers andnegotiate pricing and terms, especially when handling bulk vehiclepurchases.
  • RelationshipBuilding: Developing long-term relationships withkey decision-makers in organizations and companies, providing themwith customized salessolutions.
  • ClosingSales: Skilled at closing deals, handlingobjections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the salesprocess.

2. ProductKnowledge

  • VehicleSpecifications: In-depth knowledge of the vehicleson offer, including their specifications, benefits, and suitabilityfor fleet purposes (e.g., commercial vehicles, vans, trucks, orspecialized vehicles).
  • MarketTrends: Awareness of industry trends, such aselectric vehicles (EVs) or fuel-efficient options, and how theyaffect fleet purchasingdecisions.
  • CustomizationOptions: Understanding the various customizationoptions (e.g., vehicle color, add-ons, and modifications) and beingable to present these to customers based on theirneeds.

3. CustomerService

  • AccountManagement: Serving as the point of contact forfleet customers, handling their inquiries, and ensuring their needsare met throughout the sales process andbeyond.
  • Problem-Solving:Addressing customer concerns, offering solutions for fleet-relatedissues, and ensuring a smooth purchase and deliveryprocess.
  • After-SalesSupport: Maintaining contact with clients after thesale to provide support with maintenance, servicing, and otherpost-purchase needs.

4.Negotiation and ContractManagement

  • PricingStrategies: Setting competitive and attractivepricing models, offering bulk discounts, or other incentives tosecure fleet deals.
  • ContractDevelopment: Assisting with the preparation andnegotiation of contracts, including terms, delivery timelines, andfinancing options.
  • FinancingSolutions: Offering financing options that suit thecustomer's budget and operational needs, such as leaseagreements, credit terms, or financingpackages.

5. MarketResearch

  • CompetitiveAnalysis: Monitoring competitors' fleetofferings and staying updated on market conditions to tailor salespitches and offers.
  • IndustryInsights: Understanding the specific needs ofvarious industries (e.g., logistics, government, deliverycompanies) to offer fleet solutions that address their uniquechallenges.
