Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead the execution of programs and development projects, ensuring a best-in-class experience and measurable impact.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader business processes.

Communications

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to promote learning programs and initiatives.

  • Partner with internal communications to highlight success stories and encourage participation in development opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or related roles.

  • Mental Agility: Ability to adapt to change and find the best course of action to move forward despite unpredictable events.

  • Energy and Drive: Passionate about making an impact and showing positive, high energy to those around you.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to take a big-picture view, aligning people and business priorities while balancing long-term vision with immediate needs.

  • Experience Design: Design experiences that center on colleagues' needs, feelings, contexts, and mindsets.

  • Learning Design & Delivery: Apply science-based approaches to create learner-centric programs with strong facilitation skills.

  • Coaching: Provide group and one-on-one coaching for colleagues and leaders at all levels.
