Responsibilities:
  1. Provide personalized assistance to senior members, including managing their schedules, appointments, and personal commitments.
  2. Remind and coordinate important personal events, ensuring they are well-prepared and organized.
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements for personal trips, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itineraries.
  4. Arrange and manage car services for registration, cleaning, and maintenance.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for personal matters, effectively liaising between the executives and external parties.
  6. Manage incoming calls and emails related to personal affairs.
  7. Assist in planning and organizing personal events, gatherings, and celebrations.
  8. Source and coordinate details for special occasions.
  9. Prioritize and manage tasks based on the executives' personal and professional needs.
  10. Provide gentle reminders for important deadlines and commitments.

Your Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a high-profile or executive setting.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of empathy.
  4. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  6. High attention to detail.
