Bilingual Personal Assistant

Our client, a growing government agency, is urgently looking for a Bilingual Personal Assistant who will be based in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will be expected to provide top level secretarial support to Senior Managers including but not limited to answering/screening telephone calls, writing/drafting various documents using the latest MS applications, preparing minutes of meetings, arranging travel/hotel reservations, and performing other duties that may be assigned by your direct manager.
Language Requirements:
Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
English - Fluent / Excellent
- Own a Car: Any
- Have Driving License: Any
- Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of top-level secretarial support to Senior Managers, preferably in financial or investment organizations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly required.
