Position Summary:
Weare looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Partnerships Managerto join our Card Business team. This role will be instrumental inidentifying evaluating and securing partnerships with key retailand commerce players to enhance our product offerings and maximizethe value of our card business. The Partnerships Manager will workclosely with internal stakeholders to align partnership initiativeswith our product and loyalty strategy aiming to deliver increasedcustomer engagement acquisition and retention.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Partnership Identification &Development
    • Identify potentialretail and commerce partners that align with the banks cardbusiness objectives and customer needs.
    • Developand maintain a pipeline of prospective partners for cobrandedproducts loyalty programs and customer experienceenhancements.
    • Analyze market trends to identifynew partnership opportunities and potential competitiveadvantages.
  2. StrategicPlanning &Execution
    • Collaborate with the VP& Head of Product & Loyalty to establish partnership goalsstrategies and key performanceindicators.
    • Create partnership proposals andbusiness cases outlining objectives revenue models and expectedcustomer impact.
    • Work with crossfunctionalteams including Marketing Legal Compliance and Technology to ensurepartnerships are feasible compliant and strategicallyaligned.
  3. ContractNegotiation & RelationshipManagement
    • Lead contractnegotiations with prospective partners ensuring mutually beneficialterms that align with the banksobjectives.
    • Manage ongoing relationships withexisting partners to maximize partnership value and identifyopportunities for further collaboration.
    • Act asthe primary point of contact for partners handling daytodaycommunications conflict resolution and performancereviews.
  4. Product& Campaign LaunchSupport
    • Support the launch of newcard products and campaigns in collaboration with the ProductLoyalty and Marketing teams.
    • Ensure partnershipelements are integrated seamlessly into product features benefitsand marketing initiatives.
    • Track and report onpartnership performance postlaunch providing insights andrecommendations foroptimization.
  5. PerformanceMonitoring &Reporting
    • Regularly track andassess the performance of partnership initiatives against agreedKPIs.
    • Prepare reports and presentations forsenior leadership on partnership outcomes highlighting successeschallenges and areas for improvement.
    • Gatherand analyze customer feedback on partnershipdriven product featuresto refine and improve futureinitiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Financeor a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degreepreferred).
  • 5 years of experience inpartnerships business development or product management ideallywithin the financial services retail or ecommercesectors.
  • Strong understanding of the retailbanking or credit card industry with experience in launchingcustomerfacing products.
  • Excellent negotiationrelationship management and stakeholder engagementskills.
  • Proven ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Strategic mindset with analyticalskills able to interpret data and trends to drivedecisionmaking.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to present to seniorleadership.
