Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - Fashion to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services to meet customer needs. This role is crucial in achieving our company's sales targets and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities

  1. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs in order to exceed customer's expectations.
  2. Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales / monetary transactions, opening / closing procedures.
  3. Maintain positive customer and employee relations; handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, in case complain not sorted, report it immediately to line manager.
  4. Assist with inventory, display, merchandising and placement of stock on sales floor, stock rotation and mark-downs to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  5. Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure neat, clean and safe working environment.
  6. Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure safe handling of merchandise.
  7. Manage to create quotation based on price list provided by HO, follow up with customer, record details of inquiries, comments.
  8. Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
  9. Be aware of possible damage, theft or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to line manager.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Qualification: High School or Equivalent Experience.
  2. Minimum Experience: Prior retail experience preferably in Fashion Industry.

    • The ability to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions while maintaining a positive customer relationship and ensuring that the company's interests are also met.
    • Handling objections effectively and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  3. Product Knowledge
    • A deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
    • The ability to demonstrate how a product or service can solve specific customer problems or improve their business.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track customer interactions, sales progress, and manage follow-ups.
    • Building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  5. Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identifying potential customers (prospects) through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
    • Qualifying leads by evaluating their needs, budget, and readiness to buy, ensuring that efforts are directed at high-potential opportunities.
  6. Sales Planning and Strategy
    • Setting sales goals, creating action plans, and developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Understanding market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to refine the sales approach.
