will deliver the first impression of our brand. You need to be a highly
motivated, dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. The candidate's ability to prioritize and remain focused under

responsiveness.
*Core Responsibilities
*Communication:
- Distribute brochures and registration packs to interested parents
- Provide initial brief about school to prospective parents on the phone and
- Address queries from existing parents, including passing communication
- Manage social media (Facebook, Instagram), including taking/collecting
communication strategy
- Collate, file, and maintain permissions lists (i.e. media consent forms)
- Receive incoming telephone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Welcome visitors and parents and call the appropriate people to assist
- Confirm all tours and appointments, as necessary
- Assist events committee with organizing internal events (e.g. Halloween,
