  • Manage and maintain Cooridnation of Maintenance works of the project/Site.
  • Monthly revenue & Expenses reports.
  • Coordination for renting Flats.
  • Attending calls, queries and maintenance of flats.
  • Document preparations, payment Receiving and other works inline with renting flats.
