We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Accounting to join our team at Creating Homes Interiors And Contracting L.L.C. As an Administrative Assistant - Accounting, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Manager: Provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager to meet deadlines and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
- Reconciliation of Bank Account Statements: Reconcile bank account statements and credit card statement transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Supplier Communication: Assist in communicating with suppliers and subcontractors for accounting-related matters, including chasing tax invoices and bank account details.
- Labour Payroll Calculation: Assist in calculating labour payroll and ensuring accurate payment to employees.
- Knowledge of Accounting Software: Possess knowledge of Tally and be able to properly book Tally entries.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team by performing tasks related to organization and communication.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Requirements:
- UAE Work Experience: Must have a minimum of [X] years of work experience in the UAE.
- Accounting Background: Preferably with an accounting background or experience.
- Professionalism: Exhibits polite and professional communication skills, especially when interacting with clients.
