Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with an educational background in accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and Analyze Financial Statements: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct Internal and External Audits: Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Assist in Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
  • Provide Support for Tax Preparation: Provide support for tax preparation and filing.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting: A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field from a reputable university.
  • CPA License: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as an accountant, auditor, or in a similar role.
  • Strong Understanding: A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in Accounting Software: Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
