  • 18Feb202 Position SummaryThe Administration Officer provides administrative services and assists in the effective development and operation of Student Services at the college. As the first point of contact in Student Services, the Student Services Officer provides reception services within the department which includes assisting with admissions, student behavior cases, security issues related to students, public relations initiatives, recruitment projects, and providing general information related to Student Services. The incumbent supports college advancement activities by assisting in the organization and promotion of student events and conferences.


Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline is required
  • A minimum of 0 3 years related experience in an educational setting or equivalent
  • A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology in the workplace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent client relations skills
