Manage the PPM and AMC, and receive all tenant complaints and transfer them to competent authorities to deal with them to ensure complete satisfaction of the tenants

Job responsibilities


Ensuring that the buildings operate according to Dubai government rules, by preparing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), PPM (Preventive Maintenance Plan) as per DM (Dubai Municipality) standards for all buildings.

Coordinate between the tenants and FM department, to ensure the complete comfort of the tenants inside the building.

Receive the tenants maintenance issues and enquiries.

Scheduling contractors and technicians as required, coordinating with the maintenance manager.

Maintain Task list and action plan for each building "building wise".

Follow with the tenants for feedback about solving their issues.

Supervise prepare the units before move-in and move-out, and renovate after move-out.


Follow up on all tasks of other departments in the buildings, to ensuring the smooth work of the employees within the building.

Being with technicians during repairing faults in buildings or tenants' units as much possible.

Preparing weekly-monthly reports about the buildings.

Emergency response and evacuations in the buildings.

Assisting the Manager in any other tasks.

Submit periodic reports to the Line manager.

Job Requirements
UAE Driving license, owning a car is preferred.

Customer service background is preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years' Experience in Facility Management in Dubai

On call -24 hours, Mobile phone ON at all times to respond to any emergency breakdown.

High level of personal responsibility displaying motivation, commitment, perseverance and conscientiousness

Willingness to work flexibly to support the overall aims of the company.

BC degree in communication or engineerng field is prefered.

Knowledge of dubai government rules for building management and AMC tendering process.

Pay:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
