Purpose of Position
To deliver a dedicated & proactive service to clients, BSI Internal clients, and any other BSI External Clients.
It also includes clients identified as Global and International clients and may also require supporting other BSI hubs with local IMETA activities.
- Create and manage operational performance dashboard.
- Work with the IMETA operations leaders and follow up on key priorities
- Support the IMETA operations leadership team in planning and managing meetings and events.
- Provide administrative assistance to the IMETA operations director.
- Identify, qualify, and requalify associate auditors and tutors
- Onboard the new joiners to the operations planning and delivery teams in IMETA
- Any other general functions as requested by the operations manager
To Be Successful In The Role, You Will- Have experience working within a busy office environment within a customer-facing organization and the ability to self-manage and effectively prioritize.- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Be detail-oriented- Have experience of using Microsoft Office and computer systems.- have good organizational skills.
The ability to self-manage a range of administrative tasks throughout the work week.- Have experience in performance management and presenting and managing performance dashboards.- Be a self-starter and take initiative.
