Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at IIQAFGROUP. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and develop recommendations for improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Facilities Management: Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed to inform business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors and contractors to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of process improvement and project management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to effectively manage administrative tasks.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Islamic finance industry is an asset but not required.
