Key Responsibilities

  • Update and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Procure office supplies and evaluate vendor options.
  • Maintain and update contact databases.
  • Arrange travel logistics as needed.
  • Prepare and process expense reports.
  • Provide general assistance to visitors and clients.
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior administrative staff to address requests and inquiries from management.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, including virtual assistance or office administration.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional time management abilities with a focus on prioritization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • A high school diploma is required; additional training as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is advantageous.
