Position: Legal and Administrative Operations Manager

We are in search of a highly competent and proactive Legal and Administrative Operations Manager to oversee our administrative functions and ensure adherence to legal standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal obligations, including communication with external entities such as governmental bodies, vendors, business partners, and legal firms.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Oversight:

  • Oversee daily administrative activities, including office management, procurement, facilities upkeep, vendor relations, and team task coordination.
  • Design and implement effective administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize operations and boost productivity.
  • Supervise administrative personnel, providing direction, training, and support to ensure exceptional performance and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures related to administrative operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

Legal Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the company's operations.
  • Lead the legal team and manage ongoing cases.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including client contracts and vendor agreements.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to senior management on a broad spectrum of legal issues, including corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle legal disputes and litigation, collaborating with external legal advisors as necessary to protect the company's interests.

Liaison and Representation:

  • Act as the liaison and representative of the company, adept at navigating and expediting matters related to various entities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Arabic and English with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Thorough understanding of local regulations related to government agencies.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.
