  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.

Pay:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
