Client Acquisition:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Preferably, prior experience in the gold or jewelry industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati/Malayalam, and Hindi.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Telecalling experience is an added advantage.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
