  • Assist the Purchase & Logistics dept. for timely procurement of goods.
  • If required, negotiate with local and international suppliers on purchasing in terms of best price, payment terms & delivery.
  • Responsible for the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain good relations and efficient coordination with local & international suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Negotiate prices with logistics/shipping companies and freight forwarders.
  • Responsible for making inbound and outbound shipment arrangements and documents thereof.
  • Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery.
  • Update internal and external stakeholders on the status of their orders/ shipments in transit.
  • Develop & Update Reports on shipment movements and various operational logistics issues.
  • Ensure receipt of invoice and complete documentations from the suppliers & couriers and forward the same to Accounts department for payment processing.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and updated purchasing records/data in the system.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
