JobSummary:

  • ProductManagement:

    • Scaling the Business
    • Develop and executegrowth strategies to expand the SME credit cardbusiness.
    • Identify and pursue new marketopportunities and partnerships to increase marketshare.
    • Implement marketing and promotionalcampaigns to attract new SME clients and increase cardusage.
    • Deepen involvement in every aspect ofprocess enhancement conducting thorough reviews and researches toidentify areas for improvement andinnovation.
  • RiskManagement:
    • Monitorand manage credit risk fraud risk and compliance with regulatoryrequirements.
    • Develop and implement riskmitigation strategies and controls to protect the business andcustomers.
  • StakeholderManagement:
    • Buildand maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersincluding SME clients partners and regulatoryauthorities.
    • Collaborate with sales teams totrain and support them in promoting and selling SME credit cardproducts.

Experienceand Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Business Finance or related field; MBA or relevantprofessional qualification is a plus.

Minimum of10 years of experience in credit card product management preferablyin the SME segment.

Proven track record ofmanaging and scaling SME credit card programs.

Strong understanding of the SME market financial products andregulatory environment in the Middle East.

Excellent analytical strategic planning and problemsolvingskills.

Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

Excellent communicationpresentation and interpersonalskills.
