About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop a vision for SME Lending related digital products, ensuring alignment with the Digital Product and wider Bank strategy. You will collaborate with key stakeholders from across the Business, including Credit, the Branch, Financial Product, and control functions, to understand business requirements and priorities. You will lead a high-performing team of Digital Product Owners, overseeing proactive, customer-focused multi-disciplinary teams. Your responsibilities will include leading technical squads and business products for Digital advanced Instalment Loans, invoice lending, BNPL, Credit Line, Merchant Loans, Micro Credit, Micro Savings, and Fixed Deposits products. You will develop Digital Strategic Partnerships with external third parties, trade license authorities, free zones, and government entities. You will foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, where the advice and knowledge of skilled specialists are valued and respected.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision for SME Lending related digital products
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the Business

Qualifications

15+ years of cumulative experience, including a minimum of 10+ years in digital product development and leadership of a single or multiple Agile squads. A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite, with an advanced degree considered advantageous.

Required Skills

  • Established track record as a Product Owner or in a comparable role, with a focus on back-end/front-end engineering and software solutions within the banking and finance sector
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and a history of collaborating in cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with AI, blockchain, and machine learning concepts, data analytics, workflow automation, JAVA-based app creation, and cloud-based technologies
