The Regional GrowthDirector will help lead the Company's growth strategies innew and existing regional markets and will work with our brokers tosupport and help all agents, Teams and Mega Teams with all aspectsof their transition to eXp Realty.This is an outstandingopportunity for a passionate sales leader with significantexperience and proven successes in the real estate industry. Inthis role the Regional Growth Director will act as an ambassador toall agents and liaison to “agent sponsors”,agents and the Designated Managing Brokers. This person will havean exceptional track record of recruiting, identifying prospects,leading and inspiring teams, and of employing a collaborativeapproach to development and a tireless work ethic. This is aposition that requires maturity and a willingnessand

devotion to putting the needs of the Companyand its agent shareholders and customers ahead of personalneeds.Increase number of quality agents and the company as awholeWorks with senior leadership to develop attraction strategiesto achieve company strategic growth goalsWorks with seniorleadership to develop and refine procedures and best practices forbuilding culture and agent attractionSupports all regional agents,Teams and Mega Teams transitioning to eXp Identifies, attracts andevaluates agents Tracks incoming teams and brokerages and providesmetrics to senior leadership Assists agents across all revenueshare groups with growth in assigned region by conductingattraction appointments, leading group attraction sessions (bothlive and in the cloud)Works with the USA Attraction ComplianceTeams to learn and to develop best practices and to correctsituations that are not in line with Company policy, intheir

respectiveregion.Represents region (AK, OR, WA) while attending all GrowthOps StandupsDrives attendance at Cloud sessions and events anddrives attendance at the Company’s major live annualeventsIncreases agent engagement with the company and the cloudenvironment through their support at live regional events, specialin world regional events,

building companyculture and continuously identifying the company’s valuepropositionWorks closely with State Brokers within their region tocreate and support communication of all onboarding teams.Supportregional agents and their sponsors as they transition to eXpRealty.Collaborate with Onboarding team for a seamless transitionfor agents to eXp RealtyCulture Keeper for Growth TeamSupport theGrowth Staff with processes, guidance and best practicesOtherAccountabilities as AssignedHow you will grab our attention:Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree orequivalent years of applicable experienceHigh School Diploma / GEDrequiredHolds an active real estate license (in one of these states- AK, OR, WA) with 5+ years demonstrating strong leadership in thereal estate industrySuccess in managing and motivating ageographically remote workforceAbility to lead and motivate othersincluding a track record of growth and/orculture
