This role requires a strong passion for sports, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports industry, including sports clubs, teams, retailers, and individual consumers.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.Conduct outreach through various channels, including email, phone calls, and virtual meetings, to generate leads and secure new clients.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements and objectives.Follow up with clients to ensure successful implementation of products and services, and address any issues or concerns promptly.Sales Process Management:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.Market Research & Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, needs, and behaviors, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product launches.Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with other remote team members to share insights, best practices, and strategies.Contribute to team goals and support overall company objectives through active participation and communication.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the sports or retail industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business.Strong understanding of the sports industry and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.High level of professionalism and attention to detail.Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic remote work setting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
