  • Demonstratingimpeccable computational skills in MS EXCEL, adept at conveyingcomplex information effectively.
  • Mastering therequirements of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring ourresponses are comprehensive andcompetitive.
  • Coordinating with Discipline Leadsto gather technical inputs essential for successfulproposals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholdersacross different regions to address RFP scopes thoroughly andaccurately assess costs.
  • Negotiating terms andconditions with sub-consultants in alignment with industrystandards and risk managementprotocols.
  • Leading the preparation ofproposals, integrating win themes tailored to address client needscomprehensively.
  • Staying abreast of markettrends and competitors, enabling strategic positioning in ourproposals.
  • Ensuring all legal qualificationsand risk management directives are meticulously incorporated intobid documents.
  • Promptly submittingwell-considered proposals to the Risk Committee for review andapproval.
  • Meeting proposal deadlinesconsistently, maintaining our reputation for reliability andprofessionalism.
  • Crafting presentations forRisk Committee meetings, providing clear insights andrecommendations.
  • Active participation in RiskCommittee meetings, supporting the Capture Manager in deliveringimpactful presentations.
  • Providing guidance andsupport to junior team members as needed, fostering theirprofessional development and ensuring projectsuccess.

Inthis role, your commercial acumen will be instrumental in drivingour firm's success, shaping the future of Engineering andArchitecture one bid at atime.

Qualifications

  • MinimumBachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferablyArchitecture or Engineering).
  • Minimum 3-5 yearsof post-undergraduate education, with proven experience indelivering technical submissions on project in the MiddleEast.
  • Strong technical background withexpertise in architecture and engineering principles, projectmanagement methodologies, and construction industrypractices.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparingtechnical bid documentation, conducting scope analyses, anddeveloping innovative project deliverysolutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills withproficiency in graphic design tools and techniques to createvisually appealing and impactful bidpresentations.
