**Responsibilities**:

- Bid Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive bid strategies tailored to each project, considering both commercial viability and technical feasibility.
- Bid Preparation: Lead the preparation of bid documents, including technical proposals, pricing, and project plans. Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure all requirements are met.
- Contract Negotiation: Participate in contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting the interests of the organization.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential opportunities and competitive landscapes. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Leverage existing networks to identify new business prospects.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with bidding processes and project execution. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams throughout the bidding process, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of bid submissions, adhering to company standards and client requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the bid management process, implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience within international architectural practices, with a recent proven track record in bid management in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex information and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus but not essential.
