- Manages the production of all bid documents ensuring they meet required quality standards and time deadlines
- Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff

- Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets
- Close cooperation with the team, ensuring they are involved in the process timely, acting as the key person responsible for the delivery of a final document

**To succeed in this role, we wish you that**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering or IT**:

- **Arabic**:

- native, English
- professional
- **5+ years** of experience as a bid specialist
- Experience in **UAE** Public procurement portals, commercial sector, knowledge of legislation, regulations, and standards of public procurement
- Experience with **GIS systems** would be a plus.
