We are looking to find the best UAEN talent to join our ENBD family”Job PurposeAs a Senior Director, Value Proposition & Business Support at Emirates NBD, your role is to enhance our strategic initiative to strengthen our Global Wealth Management value proposition which includes but not limited to operating framework, proposition, investment & sales governance, policies, and procedures across geographies.ResponsibilitiesOn a day to day basis, you willEngage across the wealth management teams which includes the CIO office, Products & Trade Execution, Wealth Advisory, Middle office & platforms, Emirates Islamic Wealth Management as well as with stakeholders across RBWM and enablement functions such as legal, compliance, and externally amongst others.As a key business support and enabler for wealth management, will lead a team and should be able to engage on but not limited to advisory frameworks & governance including suitability and appropriateness, tariff schedules, training and development, product calendars, delegation matrices, and deliver on the overall defining and delivery of the wealth value proposition in the UAE and across our international footprint.Leading investment advisory governance monitoring and engagement for Emirates Islamic in addition to EmiratesNBD Wealth.To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience…The role requires the candidate to have comprehensive understanding of, and global/regional extensive experience in, wealth management and investment solutions across asset classes and client segments (private banking, priority, etc.).15+ years of investments/investment solutions experience.Local and/or international engagement experience in relation to investments operating environment.Excellent verbal/articulation and written skills.Experience in processes, systems, analysis, solving complex matters for favorable outcomes.What we offer youCompetitive salary packageStrong emphasis on work-life balance and wellbeing across the bankPreferential banking facilities for employeesGenerous annual leave entitlement and Private HealthcareWorld-class Learning & Development platform and career developmentWhy Join UsWe aspire to be an employee’s employer of choice.
