The objective is for ADSS to become a dynamic and innovative, trusted market leader as measured by feedback from clients, talent, shareholders and competitors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Leadership and Team Management:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Onboarding Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Manage workload distribution, define, and communicate departmental goals, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.Conduct regular quality assessments of client onboarding files to ensure accuracy and completeness.Prepare and present reports on client onboarding metrics and performance to senior management.Onboarding Strategy and Execution:Develop and refine the onboarding strategy to align with the organization's goals and values.Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for new hires.Process Optimization:Develop and implement efficient client onboarding workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance onboarding processes, utilizing data-driven insights.Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to integrate onboarding procedures seamlessly.Compliance and Documentation:Stay current with legal requirements and industry standards related to onboarding.Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with compliance, legal, and operations teams to address complex client onboarding issues and ensure cross-functional alignment.Communicate effectively to manage expectations and address concerns.ABOUT YOU:5+ years of experience in AML and client onboarding within the financial industry.Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, AML, and risk management.Proven leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating a team and fostering a positive work environment.communication and collaboration skills.track record of process improvement and goal achievement.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.We exist to help our clients become better traders.
