**Job Overview**:
To provide operational support for all the new hire processes including: onboarding queries, Coordination/communication with new joiner, Process the documents for government formalities, Co-ordinate joining formalities i.e. hotel booking e '“ ticket and corporate Induction. etc., advice on policy and labor law etc. in collaboration with LM's, HRBPs and different stakeholders across Miral Experiences and Miral Destinations. Creates a positive experience for new joiners when facilitating our onboarding procedures for new hires. Responsible for communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date, gathering necessary paperwork, arranging flights, accommodation and planning their first days.

**Job Scope**:
**Pre-boarding**
- Acts as the first point of contact for new colleagues and their families, to welcome, explain and support them through the process
- Provide the relevant support documents, handbooks, and onboarding process overview
- Operate as policy and process expert
- Ensures that clear lines of communication and updates are regularly available to incoming colleagues and Line Managers
- Create employment contract, relevant offer letters
- Maintain data in HRMS system, ensuring data integrity
- Organize relocation for overseas, including booking flights, hotel or company accommodation and arranging airport pick-ups
- Consult with travel agents, accommodation, and transport teams to ensure a smooth arrival
- Ensure relevant PRS are raised with procurement and finance
- Ensures new hire file is complete with required documents
- Prepares onboarding kits including IDs, IT log on and equipment, business are is ready
- Co-ordinates with internal stakeholders to arrange colleague inductions (L&D, DTD, Security etc.)
- Welcomes new joiners on arrival and introduces them to their teams
- Partners with HR Services team to arrange processing of additional visa formalities
- Collaborate effectively with departments within HR and the wider business to ensure a smooth and seamless transition into their role
- Manage all cases within SLAs and keep track of turnaround times

**Admin/Projects**
- Process improvement, actively identify improvement areas and solutioning for review and implementation
- Customer Focus / Collaboration (Measurement: Survey / Customer / Stakeholder Feedback)
- Service Excellence / Teamwork (Measurement: Continuous Improvement/ Initiatives/ Info Sharing) Data Integrity (Measurement: Quality check/ Maintain Confidentiality/ SAP Entries)

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma/Certificate course in Human Resources or equivalent or Customer Service
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Alternately, one to two years in a guest facing or Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- High level of proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong People skills
- Well organized and proficient in managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, fun, and busy environment managing multiple deadlines.
- Empathetic and approachable customer service role.
