We combine adtech and martech platform strategy with data science & data engineering expertise, helping our clients make advertising work better for people.Overview of the role & ResponsibilitiesThe Lead will be responsible for the overall strategy across the Martech, AdTech, Analytics, and Data Solutions functions, working closely with the respective subject matter experts in developing best practice & process programs to lead a high-performance team.Data & Tech Strategy and Thought-LeadershipLead on the operational plan and technical expertise to execute our Data & Tech strategy and Understand the role of Data & Tech in driving digital marketing transformation for clients and strengthening other GroupM agency’s capabilities
Lead our data & tech partner relationships with GroupM to identify, manage and evaluate current and potential partnersRepresent GroupM Services Data & Technology at industry events and thought leadership opportunitiesDeliver knowledge sharing sessions across the markets on industry data & technology developmentsRemain up to date on the latest industry changes and creating thought-leadership articles and POVs to share to our internal and external stakeholdersHave a strong understanding of the purpose and value of different technologies that form a client’s tech stack:Web & App analyticsMobile Measurement PlatformsCX & Behavioral AnalyticsA/B testing & ExperimentationCustomer Data Platforms (CDP)Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP)Marketing Automation Tools
Team & Stakeholder managementDevelop and maintain strong, long-term agency and client relationships with senior stakeholders. Build a great working relationship with your team, market teams, and client team, operating seamlessly together to deliver success for our clients, across the briefing, booking, set up, optimization, and reporting processes.Guide the team in designing and implementing data collection strategies, tracking requirements, best practices, SLAs, and data integrity. Project manage analytics projects by providing the team the right support & direction. Recruit, manage, and mentor resources ensuring workflow is efficient throughout the team, as well as a high-quality output is delivered.CommercialLead business development activities including prospecting, pricing, and proposal development. Take part in conferences and thought leadership initiatives. Work closely with finance on budgeting, pipeline planning, pricing, and work within their guidance. Manage the pipeline to achieve targets and keep budgeting trackers up-to-date. Draft scopes of work and proposals as needed.Requirements
5-8 years of relevant experience in MarTech, AdTech, Data, and AnalyticsDevelopment and clear communication of data strategies and roadmaps that cater to client’s requirementsSenior stakeholder management skillsClient servicing and account management skillsStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingA continuous learner with a desire to stay ahead of the curve in data technologies
Preferred qualifications
Good understanding of the media landscape and its data complexitiesExperience with advanced MarTech tools (CDPs, CEPs, Marketing Automation, CRM)
