We are aspiring to create a lighthouse technology company which will have a lasting impact in the entire tech ecosystem in our geography.

**Position Summary**:

- Within the Strategy & Analytics team, Property Finder is looking for a strong Business Analyst/Associate. The person will be primarily responsible for translating data into actionable insights, helping marketing and product teams make informed decisions
- This role reports to the Director of Business Analytics and will work on projects across 6 countries.
- You'd be working with an exceptional group or ex consultants from McKinsey, Bain, BCG and the Big 4.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end ownership of workstreams to deliver data-driven business insights across different business initiatives
Understanding the effectiveness of our marketing channels and ROAS (Return on ad spend) from different campaigns
- Performing detailed acquisition analytics, attribution modelling, customer segmentation/profiling, customer retention analytics, media mix modelling, etc
- Run complex and detailed analyses in order to identify areas of improvement and increasing efficiency
- Establish and manage a partnership with business teams to make sure that the analytics is used as a lever in decision making.
- Present findings periodically to leaders of the organization.
- Coordinate and work with different functions within the company
Clear, transparent, and fluent English communication with an aim to drive consensus and evangelize both internally and externally.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of work experience in Business Analytics in a reputable tech company or a top tier management consulting company
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional SQL and Tableau knowledge
- Experience in digital marketing effectiveness/ROAS optimization and mine clickstream data to draw out behavioral patterns and profiles.
- Experience in ad platforms analytics (Google ads, Facebook ads, Criteo, RTB, Snapchat, etc.) and ability to mine relevant data from different media platforms
- Experience in app analytics tools (Kochava, Appsflyer or Adjust)
- Experience with web analytics platform - Google analytics (GA3/GA4), Adobe analytics etc
- Knowledge of tagging management tools (GTM/Tealium) is a plus
- Proven track record of detailed marketing analytics related to customer segmentation, predictive analytics, attribution modelling, media mix modelling etc
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting technical content to audiences
- Impact driven mindset and using analytics as a means to the impact.
- Experience in putting together presentations for senior audiences with a storyline
- Ability to work with different functions to drive insights into actions
- Proven record of high performance and achievements in academic and professional life
