If you're adept at navigating the intersection ofhospitality and technology, with a strong background in front office management and propertysystems, we have an exciting opportunity for you to excel in a dynamic pre-sales role.Position OverviewAs a Hotel Operations and Technology Pre-Sales Specialist, you'll be the bridge between our cutting edge technology offerings and our clients' operational needs. Leveraging your 6-10 years of experience in hotel operations, specifically in front office management or the hotel technology realm, you will playa pivotal role in presenting how our solutions can enhance their efficiency, revenue management, andoverall guest experiences. Your confident familiarity with terms like API, AWS, and cloud is essential tosucceed in this role.What You Will DoEnablementAct as a technical lead within the sales process by ensuring that sales managers are effectivelyenabled to provide customers with technical demonstrations and advice to clients whenrequired, incl. providing on-time trainings and updates to the sales team. Build and maintain an effective process structure to ensure the smooth collaboration betweenSales and Pre-Sales areas.Support sales at every stage of the pipeline and establish a sales QA process.Collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to understand client requirements andtailor technology solutions accordingly.Utilize your deep understanding of property management systems to demonstrate how oursolutions can streamline front office processes and elevate guest satisfaction.Assist in shaping revenue management strategies and communicating how our offerings canoptimize revenue streams.Serve as a technical expert during client presentations, showcasing the integration,implementation, and benefits of our technology solutions, including APIs, cloud services, andAI-driven tools.Analyze client data and present insights that showcase the potential impact of our solutions ontheir operations.Provide guidance and training to clients on effectively utilizing technology tools to meet theiroperational goals.Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to various stakeholders, leveraging yourexceptional communication and presentation skills.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutionsaligned with client needs.Sales & Market ResearchEvaluate and validate potential and existing partners, incl. qualifying leads (partnering withMarketing in key initiatives for lead generation and materials).Accelerating the sales process by identifying solutions to customer pain points.If needed, in preparation with/for the sales team, communicate with project management totranslate clients’ requirements and smooth transition from sales to implementation.Review new marketing documents for accurate promotion of the product.Create and conduct pre-sales presentations, including Demo equipment, environment & material.Maintain thorough knowledge on International hospitality industry trends and developments.Functioning as an ambassador of innovation for the product and company, introducing newindustry trends and developments.Documentation & ControllingManage and control proposal/deal qualification, including quote verification.Keeping product documentation up to date, highlighting the aim and purpose of the product.ProductProviding feedback on new product enhancements, integration projects, RFI’s and RFP’s.Providing product knowledge support, translating the technical aspects of the product to the sales team and client, being the intermediary between product management and sales.Develop and maintain an efficient process of the dealers’ and sales managers’ product knowledge assessment.Working on technology requirements and business cases from technology point of view,including working with product management on feedback/requirements of prospects/currentclients – without deep involvement in Product management.AdditionallyCoalize with Marketing department to discuss sales team expectations, help highlight productUSP’s, introducing innovative approaches on representation of the company/products,evaluate the methodologies and strategies applied to reach the relevant markets and clients.Integration & Enhancement project with OperationsQualifications• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in hotel operations, preferably focusing on front officemanagement or hotel technology.• Strong grasp of property management systems and revenue management strategies.• Comfortable discussing and explaining technology concepts such as APIs, AWS, cloudsolutions, and AI to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information.• Analytical mindset with the ability to address operational challenges with creative solutions.• Proactive approach to problem-solving and an aptitude for working in a fast-paced,collaborative environment.• Certifications or additional training in hotel technology and operations are a plus.• A high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.• Highly structured, outgoing and social person, ready to communicate with employees,customers and partners across different countries and different organizational levels
