Qualifications• Experience, Education and Licensure? At least 5-10 years of extensive experience in Customer Center operation and management.? Graduate - Bachelor Degree in related discipline? Local / GCC Experience is a pre-requisite.? Good networking with the local industry? Result driven, hands on, dynamic with ability to work under pressure.? Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and a good negotiator•Language SkillsPreferably Arabic speaker. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret service/ sales/financial reports, data and studies. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or clients.
