We are looking for a dedicated Contact Center Executive to join our team and serve as the frontline representative of our brand. As a Contact Center Executive, you will act as the voice of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will handle incoming calls, manage customer feedback, and ensure a seamless experience for every customer interaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as brand ambassadors and represent our organization professionally when interacting with customers through our 800 number.
- Handle incoming calls promptly and efficiently, addressing various customer inquiries and ensuring their concerns are resolved from start to finish.
- Manage customer feedback effectively, accurately documenting issues for resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide assistance to customers regarding promotional campaigns, educating them about offers and benefits.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, post-service queries, and customer outreach initiatives.
- Create documentation and generate reports to track customer interactions and measure performance metrics.
- Work on a rotational schedule to ensure coverage during peak hours and maintain service levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
