Corporate Finance Business Development & Deal Architect Specialist
About the job Corporate Finance Business Development & Deal Architect SpecialistDo you have a strong sales network in Dubai and surrounding regions?Launching new products,developing new business and new business channels is the type of work that gets you out of bed every morningPresenting to C-Suite and other key decision maker is a standard mode of operation for you.And you have a demonstratable history of structuring complex deals in a sector such asIT Project Management,Saas, Financial Services or similar.My client is on the hung for a e ntrepreneurial minded, solutions driven, detail orientated and financially sound Sales Executive to dig their heels into establishing the company's newest offices:Dubai/ UAE.
With a thriving presence across South Africa and the African continent, bringing their unique product and service offering to the UAE region; be a part of launching this product offering and capturing a share of the market in early stages. MINIMUM REQUIRED*MUST resides in Dubai currently or have a strong. demonstratable network in Dubai from residing there recentlyAt least 5 years sales experience with a documented successful track record in Business development and financially structuring complex deals3+ years experience Governance, risk and business continuityExtra points if you've completedStratham Bryce: Sales 101 and 201.KEY PERFORMANCE AREASBusiness DevelopmentPolitically astuteskilled in probing techniques, capable of uncovering non-public informationPossesses the ability to listen with the intent to understand, not merely to replyEstablishes and evaluates solutions comprehensivelyLeads initiatives to build relationships with principal vendors, including taking the lead in negotiations.Coaches, supports, mentors, and challenges subordinates in implementing effective operational practices, offering advice and guidance on complex issues to minimize risk and ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with executive and senior leadership across Business Units to initiate and integrate the design and development of new solutions to grow the businessAchievement of the annual revenue/sales targetLead demand-generating sales activities in the assigned market for the assigned product, service or solutionConvert sales opportunities to wins and invoice. Track billing and survey customer satisfactionGovernance, risk and business continuityManage business risk, through continuous internal and external monitoring of business impact, as well as changes in stakeholder needsLead and guide improvement projects that will increase profits or protect against risks in the functionEstablish and maintain the highest ethical standards in operations practicesStay up to date of new trends and innovations in operationsExternal parties and relationship managementOversee relationship with service providers and partners and ensure all the services are delivered properly, evaluate the performance of consultants and report any deviations to the relevant department for any corrective actions*** To quantify your impact and ensure your CV stands out; please include thr following information on your submission;State your sales target & to what percentage did you achieve it (per role)State the type of goods, services and/or brands selling (per role)Territory covered (per role)A month and year of when you started and finished each role in your careerList the CRM software used in each company**BONUS- Outline your current salary package#J-18808-Ljbffr
