**Job Title: Business Setup Advisor**

**Location**: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements for setting up operations in Dubai.
- Provide expert advice on the most suitable company structures, licensing options, and jurisdictional considerations based on clients' needs.
- Guide clients through the entire business setup process, including company registration, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities, free zone authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to expedite the setup process and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.
- Stay updated on changes in Dubai's business laws, regulations, and procedures, and advise clients accordingly.
- Assist clients in opening corporate bank accounts, obtaining visas, and accessing other essential services to support their business setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance beyond the initial setup phase.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for new client acquisitions and promoting our services through networking and marketing activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
