The Role
Sales and Business Development Manager (Cleaning and Maintenance Services) A facility-cleaning company in Dubai is looking to hire a manager with 7+ years of managerial experience in the cleaning industry in Dubai. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic manager to help us expand in Dubai. You will act as the front of the company and create and apply an effective strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable growth by boosting sales and forming strong client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities • Self Oriented and able to set directions and lead a team • Develop a growth strategy focused on increased profitability and customer satisfaction • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of cost savings and account growth • Ensure all cleaning services orders/projects are smoothly implemented efficiently and cost-effectively; • Responsible for hiring and deploying skillful and experienced staff and cleaners • Responsible for staffing and training of cleaners to meet various operational requirements • Ensure healthy and safety procedures and legislation are adhered to, and applying HR/disciplinary process • Conduct random and pre-planned audits • Manage the purchase of materials and inventory controls for cleaning services • Ensure that site documentation and risk assessments are maintained and correct • Have a good customer network and maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients. • Handle client's inquiries and feedback. • Posses good presentation and explanation skills • Arrange and attend sales meetings with prospective clients, bid and secure new cleaning services contracts; • Prepare sales quotations and proposals, make sales calls and on-site client visits • Have experience working with ERP and CRM systems and implementing them in the same industry
Requirements
Skills and experience:- • Must have 5-10+ years’ of managerial experience in the cleaning industry in Dubai. • Must be career-driven and able to communicate properly physically and remotely • Has Negotiation responsibilities and generates new sales leads • Knowledgeable with UAE government regulations and staffing recruiting protocols • Must have people management skills with the ability to support, motivate, develop, and lead a team through regular coaching • Bachelor degree • UAE driving license.
