**Position Overview**: Responsible for spearheading the growth of our client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving sales within the accounting and tax consultancy sector. You will leverage your industry expertise and networking skills to secure new clients and contribute to the overall success of the company

**Responsibilities**:
1. Business Development:

- Research and identify potential clients in the target market segments for accounting and tax consultancy services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Identify emerging trends, market demands and competitive developments to maximize business growth.

2. Sales and Client Acquisition**:

- Proactively approach potential clients through cold calls, networking events, meetings, and presentations.
- Present the company's services to potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations to secure new business.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while adhering to the company's policies and profitability goals.

3. Relationship Management**:

- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

4**. **Market Insights and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities.
- Analyze market data to identify potential areas for business growth and strategic partnerships.

5. Reporting and Goal Achievement**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and goals, providing regular reports to senior management.

**Salary**: From AED2,500.00 per month
