DescriptionThe beta support team is a skilled, customer obsessed, support team that helps provide technical support to internal and external customer testing new products and features for Blink. When a customer needs technical support we dive deep and find ways to troubleshoot new products and report any issues to engineering so that we can release the best product we can for our customers. We are looking for exceptionally talented, bright and driven people to help support the role out of these new products.Key job responsibilitiesDuring Beta projects you willAssist testers who are encountering issues with new products and or featuresIdentifying root-causes of tester issues, areas for improvement and providing valuable feedback to business and development teamsOutside of Beta projects you willAddress customer concernsProvide a high level of technical support to customersWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Virtual Location - FL | Virtual Location - NC | Virtual Location - NH | Virtual Location - SC | Virtual Location - TXBasic QualificationsWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysExperience with Microsoft Office products and applications2+ years of technical customer service experience Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
