You will work directly with the Founder & CEO as a force-multiplier and strategic partner. This is a high-impact role at the centre of Aspora's operations, responsible for driving critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and amplifying the effectiveness of the CEO and leadership team.

As part of the Founder's office, you will coordinate closely with all departments (Customers, Product, Growth, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Partners, Investors, etc.) to execute the company's strategy.

This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who can combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You will wear many hats – from setting up processes that help scale Aspora 10x to firefighting operational issues that require urgent attention. You are expected to ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion at all times.

• Own and drive end-to-end execution of high-priority cross-functional projects. Depending on the company priority, this could mean launching a new product, entering a new market, or fixing a critical operational issue

• Diagnose organisational bottlenecks and architect scalable processes to support our rapid growth. This could include Org design, OKR and goal-setting frameworks, performance management systems, hiring processes and operational dashboards

• Build and maintain analytics that track north-star metrics and granular project KPIs. Monitor key performance metrics across all functions and projects to analyze data, spot trends, and proactively recommend actions

• Facilitate communication across departments, break down silos, and ensure everyone is marching in the same direction on key initiatives

• Support fundraising or strategic partnership discussions by owning market research, financial analysis, and due diligence preparation

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance or Engineering) along with 2-4 years of experience across top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital or operator role at a high-growth startup

• Can structure and dissect complex problems, interpret data, and draw out actionable insights

• Possess exceptional analytical prowess and familiarity with advanced excel, SQL and/or other data analytics tools

• Can quickly research unfamiliar topics to build well-informed recommendations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to craft clear presentations and memos for leadership reviews
