Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Blockchain Founder Office Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, coordinate schedules, manage communications, and provide strategic support to the founders. The role also involves organizing meetings, preparing presentations, maintaining documentation, and overseeing key projects within the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in administrative support, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Understanding of blockchain, Web3, or emerging technologies is highly desirable
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving ability to support executive priorities
