 We connect shippers, suppliers, and buyers across borders through transparent pricing, verified partners, and digital escrow — simplifying B2B logistics for SMEs in India, China, and the Middle East.

Both ventures are under the same founder group — operating in sync to scale cross-border business networks and intelligent commerce.

Role Overview

We're looking for a 
CMO & Co-Founder
 — someone who can lead brand, growth, and user acquisition across both ventures. You'll shape the voice, narrative, and viral engine behind NetworkQY and TradePanda, working directly with the founder on go-to-market, PR, partnerships, and fundraising visibility.

This is a 
high-impact, high-ownership role
 — ideal for a marketing leader ready to build from zero and earn meaningful equity in two globally scalable startups.

What You'll Do

NetworkQY:

  • Build and lead the marketing and community strategy for AI-powered professional networking.
  • Drive user growth among universities, startups, and founders across MENA and India.
  • Build partnerships with communities, accelerators, and tech events.
  • Launch brand campaigns and viral content for app awareness and platform adoption.

TradePanda:

  • Design go-to-market for the AI freight marketplace and B2B logistics platform.
  • Create brand identity and digital trust strategies for exporters/importers.
  • Drive partnerships with freight forwarders, chambers, and SME associations.
  • Develop PR, social presence, and thought leadership positioning.

Across Both Ventures:

  • Shape a unified marketing stack — CRM, automation, campaigns, analytics.
  • Co-lead fundraising narrative, decks, and investor branding with the founder.
  • Recruit and manage the early marketing team post-funding.

Ideal Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand leadership.
  • Proven track record of building visibility for startups or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, B2B, or community-led growth.
  • Creative storyteller — can translate complex tech into powerful narratives.
  • Based in or familiar with the UAE, India, or global startup ecosystem.
  • Hungry, hands-on, and comfortable with early-stage chaos.

Compensation

  • Equity:
     Significant founding-team equity available (negotiable based on expertise).
  • Salary:
     Deferred until funding — post-funding salaries and bonuses structured.
  • Perks:
     Co-founder title, strategic decision-making role, and future leadership autonomy.
