About The Role
Rayqube is looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Founder's Office Associate (Intern) to work directly with the CEO across strategy, presentations, research, and documentation. If you love structured thinking, clean design, data research, and organizing chaos — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Refine and build presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
  • Create visually clean decks using Canva
  • Conduct research across events, experiential tech, exhibitions, UAE/KSA markets
  • Support in data cleanup, documentation, and internal structuring
  • Assist with drafting briefs, summaries, and project notes
  • Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to enhance speed and output
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on high-impact projects

What We're Looking For

  • Strong skills in PowerPoint + Canva
  • Good with research, data structuring & documentation
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up work
  • Excellent attention to detail (non-negotiable)
  • Organized, proactive, fast learner
  • Good written + verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask & deliver under tight timelines
