Role Overview:
We are seeking a Key Accounts Manager with a strong background in banking or financial services to manage, nurture, and grow relationships with our high-value clients. The ideal candidate will also provide support in real estate portfolio coordination and administration, ensuring smooth execution of transactions and documentation. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of client relationship management, financial analysis, and administrative accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to offer insurance and financial solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized proposals and solutions for clients.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of insurance products, real estate offerings, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Support real estate operations, including coordination of property listings, documentation, agreements, and follow-up with brokers or developers.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of real estate transactions and client files.
- Monitor client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, revenue opportunities, and market insights across both insurance and real estate portfolios.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in banking, financial services, and real estate sectors to expand business opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance consulting, or real estate administration is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing key accounts or high-net-worth clients.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand complex financial and real estate products and explain them clearly to clients.
- Results-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with real estate documentation and compliance will be an advantage.
