Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing strategic client accounts, nurturing customer relationships, and developing business strategies to enhance client satisfaction. Daily tasks include analyzing customer needs, creating business plans, driving revenue growth from key accounts, and ensuring high-quality customer service is continuously delivered. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and addressing any concerns proactively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Analytical Thinking
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship management abilities
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in the transportation, hospitality, or a related industry is an advantage
- Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and driving account growth
