Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Dubai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients. Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with key clients, working on business strategies, handling client queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills
- Proficient in Business Planning and Analytical skills
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or engineering related field
Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the Lighting industry
- Good connect with Consultants, Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors & etc.
- Skilled in all aspects of sales management, including but not limited to business development, strategic account management, project quotations, contract negotiations, and project closeout
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills required
- Fluent in English (Arabic speaking is an advantage)
Valid UAE driver's license.
