About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic
Business Development Manager
to join our client's growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in
Hospitality, Events, B2B Sales, or Service Industry
– someone who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, and close deals with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities in the UAE market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key decision makers
  • Understand client needs and create tailored proposals/offers to match their business goals
  • Represent the company at business meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking gatherings
  • Track sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License & own car (preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hospitality / Events / B2B / Corporate Services Sales
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Self-driven, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
