Business Development Manager – Fitout Industry

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

A well-established Fitout company in Sharjah is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience in the Fitout sector and the ability to bring in new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads in the Fitout and interior contracting sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
  • Prepare and present proposals, follow up on leads, and support deal closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, project details, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in Fitout.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Must be flexible with work requirements.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
