About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (Logistics Contracting & Tipping) to lead business growth initiatives within our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics contracting, tipping services, and heavy vehicle operations, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in logistics contracting, tipping, and bulk transport services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Work closely with operations, finance, and fleet departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts and high service quality.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the UAE logistics sector.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business strategy and growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 06 years of experience in business development within logistics contracting or tipping operations in the UAE.
  • Strong network and knowledge of local market dynamics and contracting procedures.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
