JOB ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our team on a
commission-based structure
. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of corporate clients and government entities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Pitch and present BARG Events' services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise in luxury event management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Think creatively and strategically to develop unique event solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to build connections and expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the events industry.
