JOB ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our team on a
commission-based structure
. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of corporate clients and government entities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Pitch and present BARG Events' services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise in luxury event management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Think creatively and strategically to develop unique event solutions tailored to client needs.
- Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to build connections and expand business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the events industry.
- Strong connections within corporate sectors, government entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions.
